You already know but I like order on Feelunique : I find products difficult or sometimes impossible to obtain in France and the prices are often interesting. In addition, delivery is offered from 15 € of purchases so it's very practical because I have never had to pay such famous postage. Recently, I was browsing the pages of makeup and I fell on the blush of Hot Rocks Purminerals brand , a competing American brand which offers BareMinerals Cruelty Free products. Its shape intrigued me and I decided to crack: I will obviously find to share with you my impressions!
In this range "rocks" there are 3 colors: Hot Rocks (rather pink), Pur Rocks (rather purple / copper) and finally Lava Rocks (for rendering brick / brown). It blushes come in the form of small "stones" that allow to color colored cheeks and give them sparkle: it is actually compacted mineral pigments.
The packaging is quite nice although I suggest you keep the plastic guard to prevent these small pigmented stones deteriorate gradually. It should also be fairly careful when moving his brush to sample the color for if one does so too energetic, it is easy to fly some of these "stones".
It is not a highly pigmented powder because it plays rather on a transparent and satin effect but the color spring still good and it can work the product gradually on the skin to avoid rendering too artificial.
Hot Rocks is ultimately a very pretty pink "hot" with light reflections:
In the photo below I do not highlighter door and rendering Yet glowy: it really is a multi-function product, which is sufficient in itself and that leaves the skin shine through. So I love the ease of use and color!
The mark indicates that it can be used on the face, eyes or lips on the cheeks I invalid (I could not grossly apply this powder on all of my face, I would look like a lobster) , also on the eyes (any blush can be diverted as eye shadow), but on the lips .. I see no particular difference!
The big downside of this product: her outfit. I think the pigments are too light and do not adhere properly to the skin. Morality, from 17 hours, I feel I have no more blush.
Unfortunately, I think the price / quality ratio is not the top: this product is still sold 40 € and even using a promotional code, it remains more expensive than most blushes that can be found even perfume! I really fell for its packaging and an elegant look of this product but ultimately, this first experience with Purminerals was not really very convincing even if it was not disastrous either.
