My trip to Morocco with Kajame

 Kajame facials body view test

Dostoevsky said that beauty will save the world. I do not know if this is the beauty that will save him, but what is on is that today it will make us travel, and travel on the other may well save the world as it is the best bite of tolerance and openness that exists on this earth.

DISCOVERING KAJAME

Through a beauty brand can quite see a little bit of the culture of a country beyond the visuals that give us a lot of information, there is also the active ingredients that can speak volumes climate, type of flora that proliferates and is appreciated there, the skin type of women etc. (Rich textures / light textures / key promises and so, and so ). I've never been to Morocco, but through the beautiful range Kajame I could push the door of this country, and taste a little beauty products for women who live there.

Kajame in three words? Olfactory escape, natural assets authenticity. Like many small brands can bet on the quality and word of mouth that results, Kajame chose formulas without silicones and mineral oils. Most assets are natural, textures make me also think of the many textures of organic products. Packaging it is a real gem, it becomes even more so when you learn that some of the package parts are made by Moroccan artisans in the fair trade program. In short, on paper it's very pretty, let's see more closely what it gives in reality because I've tested a few products to forge my own opinion.

First, the packaging:

I has-dore! Big massive glass jars with lids in Moroccan style handmade by local artisans. In my everyday life, yet I am far from that style (I am very minimalist square), but it is precisely this diversity that I am looking primarily for a brand from abroad, this small perfume of elsewhere.

Perfumes precisely. A real surprise! Very sincerely, I expected something oriental, spicy enough & amber. I was completely beside the point. Some products have relatively neutral odor, but most feel deliciously good, refined floral fruity scent that some brands may envy.

There is also the textures:

Visually beautiful, I made out that I had only one desire is to take my spoon and immediately plunge into it! This is a very nice job as well at the touch than the visual side.

But after talking about efficiency as it is still the most important thing when buying a beauty product. From that side, it is as always: I had big favorites and small disappointments with real changes to the card since my favorite and my departure outsiders switched places!

Kajame Face Scrub Prickly Pear Sorbet

This is the product that made me most want. Already, all natural ingredients and noble: argan oil, prickly pear seed oil, crushed argan shell. Then when you open the jar:

no, but it looks like a real jam! In short, I was all excited to test this scrub though I swore not to use scrubs with natural particles (natural particles have sharp contours and no net, it messes up a lot more skin than polyethylene beads all round. If you make regular scrubs, I strongly advise you to exclude those that contain natural particles crushed).

My Opinion : Unfortunately, a small disappointment. Already, it is expected to have a smell that follows the texture, something ultra greedy, see "jam", but it is the only product among those I've tested that has a very appetizing smell by. I can not find too much to what it reminds me ... yet it really makes me think of something. Pure vegetable oil, rising, I do not know ... Ah, sunflower oil!Especially because she is the first ingredient in the formula. The formula precisely, pure happiness, that's undeniable. Almost entirely natural, it contains good things (sunflower oil, vitamin E, aloe vera juice, argan oil, fig seed oil etc.). The effectiveness follows since the product exfoliates the skin very well. The biggest downside however is flushing. As the product contains a lot of oil, you can imagine that it is absolutely impossible to rinse with water. For dry skin, you can totally let this film of oil on the skin during the night (however useless to your usual creams, they do not pass this barrier) for combination to oily skin, it is imperative wash your face with a gel. Summing up, I'm a little disappointed by the smell and cooled by the fact that the product can not be rinsed with water, and then the famous milled grains that are not ideal for a scrub for the reasons I have explain above. But I am sure that this product can be very suitable for dry skin who can use before bed and so leave this refreshing film (I remember that it's only pure vegetable oil) at night.

Kajame of Youth Face Cream

Already, I confess that I am much more easily test a new natural range in the field of body care as the face, so I was not sure to really test this cream:

Its texture and the list of ingredients yet waiting to be discovered! The composition is nearly 100% natural (no silicone I remind you, is the first ingredient shea butter, there is also argan oil, prickly pear oil, aloe vera).

My Opinion : I did not test this cream is suitable for dry skin, and she is very "organic" (it takes a lot of massage to make it penetrate). The smell is not necessarily his forte either (it smells a little oil). I think it should benefit those who love organic creams and who have dry skin.

Kajame Repairing Mask

That's it, is gently passes to products of small disappointments that I liked. This face mask is between:

already, the smell! It is very pleasant, fresh and a little flowery, a real pleasure to use. Then the texture, looks like light cream, yum! It is applied to dry skin and allowed to act for 10 minutes. Then rinsed. It is a mask that cleanses and brings brightness, a small feeling of tension is quite normal when it dries. If you do not like it, rinse it before it gets to that stage. Ingredients side, there was again a lot of natural things, cucumber extract / rosemary / grapefruit / chamomile / collagen etc.

My Opinion : Finally fairly surprised because I was expecting a mask for dry skin (appellation "repair mask" has made me think), ultimately it is a purifying mask that slightly taut when it dries, so be careful if you have very dry skin! I love its smell, texture, application and effect (leaves the skin soft and clean), however, the big downside is the paraffinum liquidum in the compo in second ... was the impression got there by chance given the natural composition of other products

Kajame Body Scrub Argan to Hull

Big favorite one! It is a two-phase product composed of "oil" phase (argan oil and apricot kernel oil) and "solid" phase (salt and argan shell):

And as the crushed shells annoy me in facial peels, both in body scrubs are welcome. It exfoliates and leaves very well hydrated and well nourished.

My Opinion : big favorite! Efficient, pleasant to use, and it has a smell ... absolutely delicious!

Kajame Balm Shea to Orange Blossom

I always wanted to test the pure Shea butter, but I was always afraid of the texture and smell (smell natural Shea is not very good). Kajame brought me the solution:

Texture of pure shea butter (one recognizes it by its grainy texture), fine and pleasant smell of orange blossom. The product melts literally on the skin, is ideal for massages.
